Project description
Civic Hub is an admin dashboard and app-based solution designed for a waste collection and city cleaning company. The platform facilitates the management of users, municipalities, recycling points, and services such as “You Call, We Haul” and “Tandeef Listens.” It also allows for city and area management, news updates, awareness kits, dual-language support (English and Arabic), and Google Map integration for area management. Users can send feedback on services via the app, which also supports in-app and push notifications.
My Role
Managed the project from requirements gathering to completion, overseeing all aspects of development and implementation.
